Fee varies depending on owners needs and magnitude of project. * Review design and preconstruction documentation to confirm owners needs are met and information is clear for competitive bidding or negotiated contracting to take place. * Assist in negotiating project scope and schedule with qualified contractor. Review and confirm monthly payment requisitions from Contractor. * Review product submittals and contractors request for information (RFI) to expedite project progress. * Protect owners interests at scheduled contractor jobsite meetings. * Jobsite visits to inspect work in progress, worker safety and conformance to plans and specifications. * Provide punch-list and follow up to insure deficient items are resolved. * Project close-out to insure major system start-ups and owners personel are acquainted with systems for proper use and maintenance.
